    Anxiety and Peace

    I have been waking up at 3 a.m. every night with my heart racing. I know God is with me but my mind will not rest. Please pray for peace and for sleep.

    Father, I lift up my brother or sister to You right now. You are the Prince of Peace. Quiet the racing thoughts and calm this anxious heart. Guard this mind with Your peace that is beyond understanding, and give sweet rest tonight. Thank You that You hear every prayer and that nothing is too hard for You. In Jesus' name, amen.
