Pray it: Name each worry out loud, thank God for one good thing, and ask Him to guard your heart.

Pray it: Picture handing each burden to Him, and say, "You care for me, so I give this to You."

Pray it: Describe your valley to God and thank Him that you are not walking it alone.

Pray it: Ask God to bind up the wound, even if it takes time to heal.

Pray it: Call Him the God of all comfort, and ask Him to comfort you today.

Pray it: Answer Jesus' question honestly, and ask Him to strengthen your hope.

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

Revelation 21:4

Pray it: Thank God that this sorrow is not the end of the story.

“Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.”

Pray it: Pray it word for word, then name the part of you that needs healing.

“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases.”

Pray it: List your real needs, not your wants, and hand the list to Him.

Pray it: Name the person you need to forgive, and ask God for a tender heart toward them.

Pray it: Remember how much you have been forgiven, then release the debt someone owes you.

Pray it: Ask God to build and guard your family, and let go of trying to do it alone.

Pray it: Stop trying to earn God's love and simply receive His grace.
